Content Management Services
Restoration Management allows the owner to engage with us to help handle their buildings inventory. Upon contracting with us for contents management, we’ll work with you to figure out the best plan to help with your things that are important.

What is included
We have the capabilities to pack out a small one-bedroom apartment to a large-scale commercial building that has sustained damaged from any type of peril. We can handle damaged contents from smoke and fire damages, to water and sewage losses.
When your important documents have been damaged by a flood or other water loss, it’s important to get them out of that building as soon as possible. We will come in, inventory your items and bring them back to our warehouse where they will be dried out in our drying chamber.
We work hand-in-hand with some of the finest art conservancies to restore your precious artwork. We’ve handled artwork from all points on the globe and of all monetary values. Our goal is to handle your artwork with the finest of care and bring it back to it’s original appearance.
The first step in the process of packing out a person’s possessions is to make sure that you document everything that they own. This process is the inventory process. We will photograph all items of your home and document all pre-existing damages. Those items will all get listed by room of your home or property and will be provided to you in a document that is easy to understand.
Our on-staff electronics specialist can clean and restore even the most heavily soot and smoke damaged electronics, saving the insurance company thousands of dollars on each claim.
With over 10,000 sq. ft of temperature controlled storage available, we can house all contents packed out of your home or business. Our facility is safe and secure so you can rest easy knowing your items are in good hands. We have an on-site drying chamber and an ozone room which is used to remove smoke odor from items. Our on-staff cleaning crew works diligently to make sure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after they are brought back in from the loss site. Items are then reboxed and stored until repairs are done to the property.
Not only do we bring items back to our warehouse to clean, but at times we can clean your items while they stay in your home. Depending on the severity of your loss, we can clean contents and the structure of your home all at the same time. This will be determined by the estimator when they come out to inspect the damages.
It can be devastating when a priceless family heirloom gets damaged. We work with some of the finest furniture restorers in the business who can restore almost any wooden furniture damaged by soot, smoke, or water. We can bring that piece of wood furniture back to its original charm and glory.
